This program is designed to help young people redirect emotional attitudes and cultivate healthy relationships at various crossroads in their life. It consists of thirteen sessions that will meet weekly and are an evidence-based program. It also plans to enhance the experience for participants by offering local trips. The program we used is Love Notes. It aims to help young people make wise relationship and sexual choices that will help them rather than create barriers to achieving their education, employment, connection, and family goals.
